Jim Hodge is a second generation Realtor & retired Army Lt. Colonel. Licensed since 1978, Jim is the President and Principal Broker of Apex Ventures Inc. Jim has two children and three grandchildren. Jim is a business graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. He has worked on several different Realtor committees and has filled all officer positions for the local NARPM chapter, as well as serving as a city councilman. Jim currently serves on the local Realtor legislative committee and as the chair of the government affairs committee for the Nashville NARPM chapter.

Nicki Clark has been licensed since 1985. Her portfolio includes sales, rentals, and association management. She enjoys helping individuals and families find their new home. She has four children and four grandchildren. She has a degree in Business Administration. She has served as an officer and board member for the Nashville NARPM chapter and is a Realtor and member of Community Association Institute. She has attained her GRI designation with GNAR and her CMCA and AMS through CAI.

Before joining the Apex team, Tim was an independent marketing consultant and helped generate millions of dollars in revenue for his clients. His marketing experience is a valuable asset for clients who are selling their properties, and allows him to write persuasive letters when HOA boards need homeowners to take action.

Away from work Stephanie enjoys volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House, she enjoys yoga, being in nature and spending time with family. Stephanie and her family can be found in their happy place boating on the water, as often as possible.
