Don’t see your Apex property manager or HOA manager?
You might be thinking, where’s my manager?
Apex Ventures encourages managers to seek leadership roles. More than half of the property managers at Apex answered the call to volunteer their time as an educator, board member or committee member.
This time commitment doesn’t always work for those with a larger portfolios or other non work related volunteer activities. These managers are still expected to join and uphold the standards of excellence required by each professional association.
If you have a question about a specific manager at Apex Ventures, please reach out and ask about their involvement in professional organizations.
Leadership Rooted in Service
At Apex, leadership is not measured by titles alone. It is defined by service, education, and long-term commitment to the communities we manage.
Choosing a management company means choosing the people who lead it, the managers and the support staff. As a retired US Army Lt. Colonel, Jim Hodge knows how to lead his team. At Apex Ventures, those people are invested, informed, and committed for the long term.
In the next post, we’ll explore why the leadership Apex Ventures provides makes a difference in Nashville and the surrounding communities.
